With the Equity Exchange there are no start up costs or minimums. Holiday supplies the training, support and follow-through. Upon acceptance you’ll receive:

The Process

With one simple form between Holiday and your customer, the Equity Exchange is complete. The customer simply agrees that:

  • They are the rightful owners.
  • They are responsible for any recording or transfer fees from their original membership.
  • The property is free and clear of maintenance fees and other encumbrances and will remain so for ninety days.

With the Equity Exchange your offering price includes the amount necessary to provide the buyer their vacation equity.

This is usually a combination of first day and price incentives or bonus options as may be the custom in your sales department. The vacation equity comes off the top and the normal down payment is provided by the buyer.
